Are there any chemicals in the product?

We do not believe in using any chemicals as this would go against what we believe and would not make our products as effective.

 

How effective is this product?

The product's effectiveness has been spread through word of mouth and even though the product was initially tried by friends and family, this has spread to the general public and the response we have received is positive, therefore we strongly believe that the product is effective. We strongly recommend that you try it yourself and give us some feedback.

How long does it take to ship my order?

We ship our products by second class delivery and therefore parcels should arrive within 3 - 5 working days. We do not take any responsibility if your order is lost in the post. If you would like to receive your goods by recorded delivery we can arrange this however there will be an extra charge.

 

Can it be used for anything else?

We do not recommend using our products for anything other than what we have stated as we have not tested them for other purposes. However, some customers have used the product in different methods however we do not advise this.

 

How do I apply to Respond?

RESPOND herbal massage oil should be applied to the affected area. It should then be rubbed gently into the area twice a day preferably in the morning and before going to bed. After it is applied it should be wrapped up and kept warm.

 

Is this a regulated product?

We have spoken to the Medicine Control Agency who has assured us that this product is classed as a general product and thus is covered under general product regulations.

 

What if I am not happy with this product?

Our return policy allows users to return within 14 days if they are not happy with the products and we will give you your money back
